From his same-titled debut to
his fourth album Ye Hui Mei, Jay Chou never fell
short of his creativity to amaze fans and spark off room for
imagination with his music. And finally the highly
anticipated fifth release of the singer Qi Li Xiang
is set to launch on 3rd August 2004.
The album features new hits
including The injury of cease-fire, My
construction site and Qi Li Xiang. Juxtaposing
rock ballad with oriental flavor, leading track Qi Li
Xiang carries poem-like lyrics written by Jay's best
production partner Fong Man-shan. While Jay is at work on
movie Initial D in Japan, he takes an one-day time
out to shoot the song's music video at Takasaki City in
Gunma, Japan.
Also be sure to check out the
complete version of the two new songs' music videos that
come with the album as a free gift. Shot in Takasaki
City in Gunma, Japan, the music video of Qi Li Xiang
features romantic poem-like scenery. Jay plays the narrator
and military official in the music video of The injury of
cease-fire, which was filmed as an artistic war epic in
Vladivostok, Russia
